Re-sleeving a barrel

Forums

My 1936 Model 18 has a very worn barrel and is already bored out to +60. So I think I have no alternative to get the barrel re-sleeved. Where would one go to buy a sleeve? Or will I have to get one made or perhaps adapted?

Both these suppliers list sleeves for 500 singles, Part No. 100023. RGM includes a link to a dimensioned drawing so you should be able to check compatibility with your barrel.

HT Howard did my Triumph, fitted sleeves and bored to suit my pistons. Good to deal with and did a good job.

Not sure what part of the world you at in, but I've used Brian Parson's to re-sleeve my Commando and re-bore all my race engines with excellent results.
