My 1936 Model 18 has a very worn barrel and is already bored out to +60. So I think I have no alternative to get the barrel re-sleeved. Where would one go to buy a sleeve? Or will I have to get one made or perhaps adapted?

HT Howard did my Triumph, fitted sleeves and bored to suit my pistons. Good to deal with and did a good job.

Both these suppliers list sleeves for 500 singles, Part No. 100023. RGM includes a link to a dimensioned drawing so you should be able to check compatibility with your barrel.
