I have a replacement frame coming in for my '58 ES2. It's going to carry the number of the damaged frame it is replacing.
One way or another I need a set of number punches, so why not go for the original typface!
hello has anybody got a set of mudguards for a 1952 Norton big four as mine have rotted through . or has any body had experience with the ones that are for sale from India. there is money waiting .or any advise and help would be appreciated.
Many ,many years ago I brush painted my 99 with a polyurethane coach paint , supplied by Groves . I still have plenty of this paint but cant remember what undercoat/primer? thinner is needed .
Would anyone know a source for Pliobond 20 or 25 adhesive in the UK ?

I have recently aquired a Magnesium AMC Gearbox shell,
Im assuming its a Quaife but also came with a "Petty PGT" Front cover so im not sure, I know Summerfield made the boxes for Petty but dont recall seeing a Manesium one
Can anyone explain the numbers stamped on the rear of the crankcase? Just around from where the engine number is. It begins with the letter 'T'. Here is a picture
Can someone tell me the best ball valves (8mm) to go in the oil tank feed to the engine in most of these old British twins - to prevent wet sumping?
