Hello new to this forum looking for a bit off information regarding clutch basket hitting back off casing when tightened up is there a spacer between basket and oil seal on shaft

Having just picked up the beautifully +.020" thou rebored and honed barrels from Hamlins Engineering in Bridgewater for my post engine number 94573, non spiggotted barrels Navigator  I am now planning the top end rebuild.

Good morning all.   As we we all know our lightweights used the same frame as late Francis Barnett bikes.

Following all the ministrations I've carried out with the Electra, last week I went out to the garage every morning and started the engine using the electric starter  - each time it burst into life immediately although I didn't run it for long.

A question about the best technique for fitting the Navigator and Electra one piece cylinder barrels onto the pistons for experienced Lightweight Owners.

For three years I have battled unsuccessfully to cure a very notchy and difficult gear change on my Electra.

wondering if anyone can help me clear this one, i have been told that i have either the wrong wheel or the wrong forks for my project .

from advice, i think have a frame of a navigator and the front wheel ??  confusing

.... plus c'est la même chose.

Hi, Can anyone clarify the length that a Navigator fork spring should be ?
Part No for the Navigator is 23015 and an es2 is E2/620

Well I finally got to take the Navigator out for it's first run in about 50 years. Really enjoyed it.  Cert different.
