On most of our bikes, the sealed beam unit is held in place in the headlamp rim by 3 or 4 wire "W" clips.Rummaging about in the garage today, thought I'd found a packet of these, but then realised although very similar, they were clips for retaing

I wonder if someone could advise me how I can stop the locking spring tag being loose so it doesn't stay in the position it should. The spring is held on by what looks like a washer on a peg so there is no means of tightening it.

I have just purchased a Dominator, and not having had a bike for a few years this is a new world and I am pretty "green" !

My Norton 650 SS has a positive earth which I thought would cause corrosion at the connections to the frame. The steel would become anodic in an electrolyte formed with moisture and hence would oxidise.

Hi. I have fitted 12 volt Motogadget LED indicators to my 99 as I’m fed up with car drivers ‘not seeing’ my hand signals. I want to include a handlebar mounted warning light so I don’t forget to turn them off.

My new build Dommie racer is fitted with a refurbished mag.

I have fitted a new Smiths electronic taco.

I was advised to also purchase a device to smooth out the pulses due to running via a mag instead of coil.

I just got my 1963 Atlas with magneto back on the road and having some trouble with the electrics. I converted to 12V with a Podtronics rectifier/regulator and fitted new RM21 stator, rotor, battery, PRS8 and new Lucas wiring harness.

Ongoing issues with Norton Dominator 88 1960

Had bike for a while now, i have fitted Bob Newby belt drive due to primary leak and worn clutch

Can anyone please tell me the part # for the copper strip (clamp) that secures the capacitor to the points plate in an a Lucas 181D distributor, 1962 Norton model 50 thanks

Hi everyone just wondering who everyone is using for round type 1927 ML magneto Rebuilds. 

My 1927 16H Magneto went pop the other day with no spark.
