"People say" spark plug polarity is important.  But:

1) Why?  If the spark is at say 10,000 volts, why should adding or subtracting 12 volts matter?

Is it possible to buy new rubber seals, grub screws etc? 
Mine vibrated off today - luckily fell into the space behind the headlight so was able to refit once I found an Allen key that fitted. However the rubber seal is really brittle.

Does anybody know why an ignition coil gets hot. 
I was running my Dominator just off the battery, and it got really warm, it's a MA12coil 12v battery.
Also does anybody know what i can do to fix this.

Need a pair for my old girl which runs 12v twin coil.  So a pair of lb05f 5ohm caps about 14" long.  All I can find is kits or bits to make them up myself - never done this and don't really want to start now.

Hi all I'm looking at replacing the wiring loom on my es2 iv seen a lucas one on ebay does anyone know of anyone that's had a loom off ebay and if they are any good

Hi guy's need your help.

Does anyone have a good illustration of how the WIPAC IGN/EMG & High/Low rotary switches work?

Taken the mag to bits . It does spark but feels a little rough . Shimming too tight , will need a thicker end shim . Also no carbon brush under the points plate , something missing?? Or does the manual mag not have one ?

Hi all I was looking at my ES2 over the weekend unfortunately the headlight didn't work iv taken the glass out and found that on the bulb element only one wire was connected there are a few wires in the headlamp that are not connected to anything
