My 1936 Model 18 has a very worn barrel and is already bored out to +60. So I think I have no alternative to get the barrel re-sleeved. Where would one go to buy a sleeve? Or will I have to get one made or perhaps adapted?

HT Howard did my Triumph, fitted sleeves and bored to suit my pistons. Good to deal with and did a good job.

HT Howard Slough
Excellent old school automotive machine shop, did my RH4 and Yamaha valve seats and shortly, a rebore, guides, valve seats, head and barrel skim on a 1075 Kawasaki Z1R engine. Known to alot of staunch modern petrolheads, classic car and bike enthusiasts.
Nice early Saturday morning drive for me to Slough.

Both these suppliers list sleeves for 500 singles, Part No. 100023. RGM includes a link to a dimensioned drawing so you should be able to check compatibility with your barrel.
