Hi. I'm finding it impossible to find drawings for the wideline frames - So would anyone know for sure the radius of the bend above the oil tank on the pre 1956 frames?

Thanks for the reply Howard, Is Unity still going? I know bantam John bought them but I can't imagine he's builg frames.
I read through the Road Holder library and found a mention that they changed the 8" radius to the 6" rad for 1956. I'm presuming this is the inside measurement of the curved tube.

Lots of people make clone Manx frames these days. Andy Molnar, Richard Adams , Burgess Frames, Unity , Ken McKintosh are all worth trying. The pre56 radius above the swinging arm gusset plate is the same as all the featherbed framed Manx Nortons. Also people who offer frame alignment work will know an exact measurement. Good luck, Howard
