Hi, I have just bought a 1971 Norton Commando sportster.
Its an American import
The rear tyre size is MT90-16T the wheel and spokes need re-chroming.
Can I replace the rim with a standard size and use the existing hub,brakes and socket?
Any advise would be appreciated

I have now stripped the bike down.
You can have the rim and spokes, the tyre is cracked around the sides
If you want them i am in Milton Keynes, I can send you photos if you would like them.
I don't want anything for them but you would need to collect them
