I thought the kickstart return spring had snapped on my dominator, but on inspection the 90 Deg. bend on the end had came out of the location hole in the inner case.
Replaced, but soon after same again.
Has anyone had this problem ? Can not see any wear on the spring or hole. I have considered some sort of tappered wedge to locate it better, but am worried that it is pulled out.

Ordered a new spring today & will resort to a "bungi" elastic for now.

Sounds a bit like the spring has not been made correctly. Generally you have to lift/prise the last coil open because the end section that goes into the shaft is so long.
I would try another spring or as a quick fix......heat the last coil and bend it to wrap closer around the shaft.
