Listening to Manx radio this morning (Saturday 2nd May) - sad news that Geoff Duke died yesterday in a nursing home on the Isle Of Man. He was 92. Geoff was a Vice President of the Norton Owners Club.

Hello to All Members well Geoff will greatly be missed by all who knew him and all Norton owners too But his legacy will live on for all time, he will not be forgotten now or in the future, so my friends this is one sad day for all of us, has members of this club, we now lost a Vice President and one good man too , So guys give him one hell of a good send off to the race track in the sky, your Anna J

Can I add my bit Mark.

I am surprised though the national media has not picked up on this, the first I knew about it was Agostinis comments relayed at the Moto GP today. I hope the Manx give him a good send off. They should, he was a champion for the IOM the sport and anything Norton.
