Front brake disc dimensions

Forums

Hello all,

Can anyone out there in Nortonland supply me with the dimensions of the front brake disc. In particular, I need the bolt circle diameter and the offset or dishing of the disc rotor itself. This is for a non Norton related project bike. My own Norton is a model 19S.

Regards,

Albert

Hi Tony,

The point of my posting was to find out the bolt circle diameter and offset. I am considering the purchase of one of Les Emory's 13 inch lightweight brake discs to install on my 1978 yamaha SR 500. He offers them in five hole and six hole bolt circles. My Yamaha has a six hole pattern. His website declares that technical questions will only be answered via telephone call so sending an email seems to be out of the question. I live in the U.S. so popping by isn't happening either.

I do appreciate the offer though, Tony

Thank you John,

Unfortunately those were not the numbers I had hoped for, my disc hub dimensions required are 64mm hole i.d., 80mm bolt circle center to center and 18mm flange offset. I suppose I could just call Les Emory and ask him myself, groan.

Thank you again for your trouble.

regards,

Albert
