I am restoring a 1960 99 and do not have the ball bearing for the clutch pushrod. What is the size and where is it located? I assume at the gearbox lever end but if it is fairly large presumably I must remove the housing to install it. This model does not have a clutch adjuster

Dominic, Thanks for the info. I have a Haynes manual but it doesn't go into enough detail. The metric size is fine as I live in France.

The ball is 12.66mm in diameter. Apologies for non metric numbers. All the gearboxes from 1958 use the same ball size. I have checked the parts catalogues to 1968. The ball part number on all the parts lists is040031. The outer cover will come off and the clutch actuating unit is to be unscrewed to get to the ball location area. See the exploded diagram. Hope this helps.
