Hello,
I bought myself a new project a 88 Dominator build in 1963 and want to paint it in the correct colour green and of white colour sheme for this year.
Can anyone give me the related colour codes of today available colours for the Norton green and of white?
PS: Just to be sure please also advice if the frame should be also green or black?

Dear Robert,
thank you for your valuable information and the hind with the pipes my bike has.
I don’t intend to paint the chromed parts and actually i do my best to preserve them.
I also found the the cylinder head is an earlier one and plan to reach out for a one matching the bikes construction year 1963 (i made a separate forum request for this matter).
I frequently rode a 88 Domi of a friend many year ago the have very good memories about the nimble handling and the smooth engine.

The Green and White (actually Dove Grey) was a very pretty colour scheme, usually the frame and mudguards were Dove grey although you could order chrome guards . It would be a shame to paint those very valuable chrome guards! You also have a very rare set of ex pipes there which look original and are very hard to find with the correct curve and kick up under the gearbox. The cylinder head is from the earlier wideline and if you are looking for originality could be swapped for the 60 head (pipes will still fit). I would fit the twin 376 amal carbs on the splayed manifold to create an early 88SS if it were mine. The proper Dove grey is a bit drab and some have gone for a lighter shade,(I would too!).
