I have 1950 Model 7 plunger and both front and back have offsets and best info I have is;.
Front wheel is 10mm across drum to edge of rim (wm2 rim)
Rear wheel again 50mm across hub to edge of rim (wm2 rim)
I downloaded Shop and Parts manuals from site below but no mention of offsets
http://manuals.classic-motorbikes.net/
I had to completely rebuild front and rear hubs and was a challenge finding missing pieces.
Good luck and ask if you have problems I may be able to provide a 'workaround'.
