Recently purchased bike is a 1959 Dominator 99. It has electronic ignition and I am trying to determine who is the manufacturer in order to obtain some technical data on it. I can't find anywhere on it a manufavcturer's name. See attached photo. Any suggestions ?

The two PU coils look Boyer Bransden original, although the fibre glass board is a 'remanufacture' (more crap spelling with no spellchecker) the rotor looks BB the amp should have a name 'BB'? I wouldn't worry too much about any manufacturers instruction, if it works, fine and the fully advanced firing position is due to your engine, not the responsibility of the ignition system. Even though I make a PU board to fit the 18D2 (Dommie) I use the BB amplifier. This particular housing (mushroom) is not an 18D2 so I expect the assembly is in effect a magneto replacement if it has a taper-shaft drive as opposed to the parallel shaft of the 18D2. The wiring of the coils should be easy enough to work out as well, if it works draw out the connections in case you take it apart.
