Is there a trick way to fit the OHC side cover? The caged rollers need to fit into the outer race in the cover - but the race has sharp edges on mine and it's a frustating, time wasting task. I can't see any way to wrap thread round the rollers - maybe remove the outer race, which is happily glued in place with castor oil. I've been trying gluing rollers in place with grease - I've no idea if that's a good mix with castor oil. None of the experts who write about these motors ever mentions a problem.
Maybe try a rubber band…

Thanks John - worth a try -…
Thanks John - worth a try - today I took my dremel and ground a very slight lead into the outer race and it seems to have helped. It went on today. (Now I find the roller bearing in the inlet rocker feels a little gritty - and I can't work out yet how to remove it to clean and inspect it properly...)

Maybe try a rubber band around the rollers, fit the cover part way, then fish out the band before pushing the cover home? I always struggle with these rollers, usually turning the shaft back and forth and wriggling the cover around until it slips on.
