Re my last conversation, I purchased 1ltr of Halfords Fork Oil, heated it up by boiling some water in the kettle pouring it into a bowl and stood the bottle of oilin it for about 5-10 minutes, then using a 60mL BD plastipak sringe (buy at chemists)put 3x50mL (150mL) into each fork, easy peasy, didn't even have to remove the top screw caps off the springs.

ps don't forget to measure oil before heating.
