Exhaust port bronze inserts 750 Commando

I had my Exhaust ports repaired at the end of the 70's 1979 I think , it was done in an engineering firm in London, without removing the head they inserted what look like bronze inserts, then the first part of the Exhaust pipe is cut off to allow it to fit into the insert, the pipe is then clamped with a Triumph Clamps 1. 5/8 inch. One of the bronze inserts has now snapped a part off where the clamp fits there are still 3 servicable areas to clamp on, does anyone know where these inserts can be replaced ? is any company still doing this type of repair ?

From whaty I can find on the Internet it looks like it was done by alf snell , Boundary Lane London, but I can find nothing else
