Massive thanks to David, Richard, Robert, Ian and of course Anna J.
I managed to start her up today, it was just a lack of fuel. Three or four tickles and full choke and off she went. It’s a bit disconcerting seeing petrol dripping out after my succession of modern rice cookers, sausage machines and pasta boilers.
Anyway with can of easy start (unneeded) and a fire extinguisher it was intimidated into working after a few kicks. So now have a new punch list of little problems to work through, but at least it works!
Thanks again everyone
Doug
