auto chain oiler

Any recommendations for an effective chain oiler for my 1956 Dominator 99 ? I have a Scottoiler on my T120 which is fine and is the basic type which is controlled by tapping into the vacuum tube.

I would prefer a simple device that does not require tapping into the carburettor manifold although I am open to all suggestions.

If you fit the type that is not connected to the vacuum, you will have to remember to turn it on every time you ride the bike and then remember to turn it off when you park it up at home,

A BMW  in the family means I have an electric Scotoiler to try on the 99.  Fully automatic ,no vac connection ,  Just got to figure out how to work round the enclosed chaincase. Will post how it does.  A bit expensive to buy but chains will last for many years.

Tuturo Oilers use the bike's movement to open the oiler valve so will not oil the chain when stationary with the engine running (excessive vibration notwithstanding!) 

A member of another forum has spoken glowingly about the brand. Not too expensive neither. I haven't used one yet, but am considering for my Dominator and T120.

I tried a Scotoiler on a Honda VFR750 and wish I'd never bothered.  Unless you're a dispatch rider doing oodles of miles with no time to look after your steed I'd say forget it and lubricate your chain when you get home with your chosen lubricant, personally I put the bike on the centre stand, engine running, engage second gear and drip EP90 on the inner side of the chain as it spins round.
