Sad news from Scotland....
Sadly we have not had a good start with the passing of our Chair, Davie Palmer. Davie was well known to anyone attending NOC Rallies over the years and his his ability to load everything including probably the kitchen sink onto a Commando was nothing short of amazing.
He was founder member of the Edinburgh Branch back in the early seventies and will be sorely missed.
His funeral will be on the 8th February in Edinburgh and I'm trying to find out if it will have a live broadcast.
