Tomorrow I am taking a road trip to finally see my 961SF and finalize the transaction. As the forecast high is 35F ( 2C ) I don't think I will be making the 3 hour ride home but I do hope for a short ride.

I have a 2011 961 SE and it is fitted with a remote connection to alow the battery to be charged.

My961 SF was supposed to be at the dealers by today at the latest! The ship was supposed to dock in New Jersey and the bikes were supposed to go to a warehouse in New Jersey which is only a few hours away from the dealer.

Does anyone have a link or some specific information about the different types of exhausts for the 961. Long, short is there a black chrome one for the SF model? What about availability in the US?

My local ( 2 1/2 hrs. away ) dealer called this morning to tell me he was getting a Silver single seat SF 961 before Nov 15. He said it was mine if I still wanted one. Of course I said yes.

Anyone who has added the optional exhaust from Norton or modded their exhaust to breathe better, my question is did you have to reflash the ECU or reprogram / change the fuel mapping, electronics to get the bike to run correctly or is their a proc

From new till my bike went back to the factory to have warranty work carriedout - one of the items was a problem with the idiot lights being affected by water - the ECU control light always lit up when the ignition was switched on.
