Hi,

Does anyone know for sure if I can fiit a long range tank to a roadster without totally remodeling it?

Thanks Keith

The seat will need moving back, you need to remove the attachement ears and bring them forward on the seat base. I fitted an Interpol tank which is the Long range tank with radio cutout to an Interstate and the roadster seat would not fit and I brought the Interstate forward as it looked better as it is flat and the roadster has the bend. The sidepanels are unaffected. I also got hold of a single Interpol seat to allow more junk to be kept on the rear mudguard. You don't sit as far back as on the Interstate which has doing my hip joints in but you get a useful petrol range compared to the Roadster so its a good mod.
