Stainless steel fasteners

Hello all, two or three years ago, there was an offer in Roadholder for a 10% discount from stainlessautomotivfastenings.co.uk. I ordered without problem several times, but this time, I paid onlinean order 3 weeks ago and have no news about the parcel. On the website, there's no phone number, and the phone number from the original advert in Roadholder isn't ok anymore. So isthere anybody here who trade with this company and could give me an advice howto contact them please?

Many thanks, BenoÃ?t

Hate to be bearer of bad news but this site has history of a unique approach to customer service

http://www.britbike.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=516604

According to the owner he has moved to Mainland Europe and if you complain about bad service he will open proceedings against you. Pity he does not understand EU law which states a company cannot take a consumer to court outside of their jurisdiction. So he could only open proceedings in a UK court and have to attend himself.

I've used this company twice. The first time I chased him for 6 weeks and I finally got the parts.

The second time I got excuses about him being I'll and then after 6 months no response. I contacted my CC company and they took it on and I got my money back.

i wouldn't use him as although he has a good website and stocks he's unreliable and not worth the hassle.

Google him and you will find others not happy with the service.

I have always been extremely happy with Molnar Manx

www.manx.co.uk

Not only are the prices fair, but the quality is exceptional. Keep in mind, there are many types of stainless & not all are apropriate for holding motorcycles together. The nice thing about Molnar Manx is, he auctually uses these parts on his race nortons, so you know there right. Plus I like buying from fellow Norton owners whenever possible :)

I have even given them some specs to have some hardware made for my model 77 that wasnt in his catolog, and he made them up right away & again the prices were very fair. Be sure to look through the whole website, some of the single down tube Norton stuff is in the singles section, even though some was also used on twins.

Give them a try, you wont be sorry !!!
