Small oil filters

There was a very trick ES2 trials bike in a bespoke frame at the Telford show, I thought I'd taken a pick, but obviously hadn't! Anyway it was fitted with a very neat small oil filter that was mounted horizontally from an extended gearbox plate, the filter was made by Mahle and was only about 1.5 inches wide. Does anyone know where these can be sources. It's much smaller than the standard RGM style one. I'm wondering if it's a hydraulic filter?

There was a guy who manufactured these filters and advertised in the Real Classic magazine. Been through the last few issues and can't find it. Worth a bit of research.

I use a Hi de Hi oil filter kit. About inch and a half by six, it uses T*****H T150/160 elements. Great for the Es2. It its behind the plunger unit and is hardly visible.
