RGM Norton

Hello, all.

I've been trying to contact RGM Norton for several weeks now with no response.  Is everything ok over there?  I have a large order in my basket I'd like to place, but wanted to confirm a few things before pulling the trigger.  Unfortunately, some of the items are now out of stock, so I'd also want to confirm when they might have replacement stock available.

To be clear, this isn't a complaint about RGM at all.  I'm just concerned that I haven't gotten any responses to my e-mails after several weeks and want to make sure they're ok.

Thanks!

Robert,

My current experience withy RGM is similar to yours.

I received an order just before Xmas which included an minor item that was not fit for purpose.

Two polite emails later, requesting a functional replacement part have not been replied two.

I am aware RGM are answering their phones as I placed a subsequent order - but completely overlooked the matter of the unanswered emails.

I have some more parts to purchase shortly. If the silence continues, I guess the order will go to The Midlands/Hampshire.

My experience recently of RGM has been favourable and easy to deal with. There was a problem with each of my two orders that were easily and politely dealt with by phoning them. First was an incorrectly sent item and the second a poor quality item requiring a return and refund.

So my advice would also be to phone them. Much easier for a quick solution than email exchanges.

Just to pitch in - I phoned them for advice about a helicoil kit and they were perfectly helpful (if a little busy sounding), so it could be that they're simply not reading emails due to workload?

A phone call is often quicker.
