Restoration

Hi all I am new to Norton bikes and could do with someone pointing me in right direction about getting some work done, I have a 1950 model 7 that one is ok but I have a 1960 Dom that needs bringing back to live, and I have a race bike it's got a Manx frame atlas engine and discs to the front I have been told there is a video of that bike at the TT it was put on the road in 1999 but been off road since then it looks like it was a great bit of kit in its day I would like to get this two bikes up to a good standard again but afraid I am not that capable . Forgot to say I live in Leicester area.
