I am thinking of installing an oil filter onto my model 19 rigid. Has anybody else put one on?, if so what kit, where did you locate it, and presumably it's in the return line to the tank, but before or after the rocker take off point?

Thanks for that Paul, it covers what I asked very well.
I shall also be looking towards getting an air filter fitted as well, so the other thread about air filters was also helpful.
My model 19R has a lovely strong engine and the bike is well used all year round, so it makes sense to me to prolong the engine life by a couple of easy modifications.
With an air and oil filter I think that engine will last longer than me

Hello Peter, I purchased a filter base from the Club spares and fitted it inside my tool box. The picture is here in this previous post re electronic regulators. The filter is on the return oilline before the rocker supply banjo.
