Hi
On my Inter that I know had been raced, does anyone know what the bracket would have been for? The one just above the rear footrest.

In Bacon's 'Norton Singles', the advert for Manx 30/40 (page 97) says "Brackets are fitted for the attachment of a fairing". The picture shows racing number brackets plus a bracket where your is. It look like it's carrying only a hex bolts. Advert date 1962.
