I am a new member up here in Minnesota with a 1954 Norton Big 4. I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a parts manual showing a blow up of parts with numbers like the ones for my Velocette LE and Cyclemaster Motor Wheel? I have a cd of the owners manual but that's it for now.

The bike is a runner, unrestored, very complete but in need of much tidying up. I have also found a Watsonian Palma left hand sidecar to mount to the bike. I realize with the left hand car it will be a challenge to drive here in the states (mainly passing and scaring the passenger) but hey.. who am I going to pass with this rig.

Thanks for any help

Hi, and welcom to to the strange world of sidevalves. I cant help with where you can find a parts list or service sheets, but there is some usefull information to found from searching this guys site.

My sidecar was also originally left hand mounted. With a bit of thinking the older chairs can be modified to fit on the right by switchingthe mounts and wheelfrom one side of the sidecar frameto the other. The newer ones are more difficult, but nothing is impossible. If one can build it another can modify it.
