You're lucky, Fritz. I'd like the shallow guard for my 1963 88SS but the forks were widened for 1964. So I'm stuck with the deep guard.If it's a shallow and narrow guard then it'll fit mine and not yours!Unless of course the deep version is correct for 1963. Do you know, Anna?p.s. welcome back!

I have a 650SS late '66 and probably a '67 model it has what I would call a vallanced front guard as per the period photo's in Roy Bacons Norton Twin Restoration. Al

Hello the 1966 650SS had a shallow sports front mudguard and a deep valanced mudguard on the rear and so did the 1964 88ss and the two machine have the same wheel dimension , of 3.00x19 front and 3.50x19 rear , yours anna j
