Just fitted one of these batteries to my old 1975 Mk.III ES.
Along with rebuilt starter motor, and new starter motor cables, it is astonishing how well this now works.
The battery fits straight in - standing the right way up - and the cold cranking is nothing short of miraculous.
I can recommend this so far.
I suppose I shoudl say that I have also fitted Pazon ignition and discarded the Boyer unit which is not suitabke for the MkIII ES.

It is always good to get a recommendation from someone who has used it. The spec certainly looks good and the price found here is very good.
