My -59 frame has two small tabs near the steering head. According to one racer, they should have been added after it left Bracebridge street. According to an experienced mechanic they were fitted to -59 frames but never used for anything. Both have a tremendous knowledge of the Norton Manx. Anybody have any idea of this small but annoying historical problem?
