Anyone have a good idea how to get the bottom nut off a K2F mag on my Dommi 88.
I'm thinking probably offside footrest removed and make a cranked spanner to do the job?
Any other tips very welcome.

Once you finally get the nut off, replace it with the extended one from a BSA A7 or A10.

I'll try that.
Don't really want to take the oil pipes off too.
While we are in that department can one take an oil pressure gauge off that smaller bolt that goes into the outer case?

Hi John,
If you mean the bolt adjacent to the domed headed oil pressure relief valve thenyes, it is from memory a 5/16" BSC tapping and the bolt can be replaced with a banjo bolt as per rocker feed banjo bolt. Add a banjo, suitable piping and pressure gauge and off you go.

Thanks Dick,
thats a job for the future.
Now I have the cover off I might as well replace the chains ,the oil seal and the conical rubber gizmo on the oil pump.Hopefully get this last item from the club spares?
I started all this because although I have a really good spark there is play, up and down not end float, in the drive end bearing of the mag.

yes you need to heat up and bend a 5/16x 1/4 open endedspanner, and you may have to grind down the sides as well, just hope this helps Your anna j
