International crankshaft sprocket

Forums

Hello All

I was just just reading Grant Tiller's question about the crankshaft thread on his ES2 when I got to thinking about my own bike (a '56 Norton International Model 30). I noticed that it does not have a spring washer under the Crankshaft Sprocket retaining nut. I guess it should have one - could anyone confirm that for me?

With reference to my earlier posting about starting problems, I have now ordered an Amal Concentric from Burlen Systems. They recommended a 30mm Mk1 'premium' with a 106 needle jet, a 260 main jet and a 3.5 cutaway slide. I will let you know how it goes.

I shall put the TT10 in a display cabinet for now - it is beautiful!
