I'm hoping someone can advise me as I'm feeling a little daft asking this question.
I need some spares for my ES2 and have email our spare section at sparesadmin@nortonownersclub.org over three weeks ago and have followed up with an email but as yet, no answer.
Am I missing something, can someone advise please.

Could be the volunteer(s) are on holiday? That's been the reason before, I believe.
