Happy New Year to every one,
We have a 1951 ES2 plunger for sidecar work, the engine is away being refurbished, and we are now working on the gear box, we are going to have to replace the bearings, after reading the article in ClassicMechanics magazine it states that there are 3 different types of bearings that can be used from the standard type, to a roller bearing, or the high quality Tufnol bearing.
Can anyone please advise us which onewe should use,and where is the best place to get the bearings, or does anyone know the part numbers for NOC spares list, as we found the list confusing, hopefully soon we will be able to post some pictures for you all to look at,Regards Roman
