I am talking with an outfit which is very interested in manufacturing authentic Model 7 mudguards.I have no financial interest in this it's just that I would like to have authentic mudguards that are cosmetically correct for my own 1950 Model 7.
There are two questions however;
1) How may people would purchase new quality mudguards with cental ridge which I believe are unique to 1949-'50?
2) Does anybody have detailed specifications/drawings they could contribute to this effort?
Any response and assistance in this would be greatly appreciated to move this along for the benefit of the Baby Dommie restoration network.

model 7 fenders
Hi Peter
I just received new Model 7 fenders from India and they are Fabulous!
On E bay ask for Norton fenders or petrol tanks, look for store called
Royal Choppers click on their store to search for the fenders.
Bridge included on front and two piece rear, in black paint cost me
$287 to my door. DHL shipping through Leipzig, about six weeks to
delivery. India knows English stuff! This store is 100% satisfaction.
Cheers,

Hi Peter -
I know the cost for tooling up to produce these is high - if it proves
economically unviable perhaps a specialist metalworker could create one for you from a blank.
The drawings bit may prove to be a nightmare - see recent threads regarding ANIL vs NOC . You may be better off finding someone with an original to provide you with templates. .
