'72 Roadster 750 standard front brake flexi pipe length?

Hi,
My flexi pipe is 23" long, which seems to be the shortest length offered by the 'big three' parts people.
However, this seems too long to me, even with the forks fully extended.
Anyone got an opinion and know of a source offering shorter flexis for this application?
