Hi,I am seeking information about a 1939 Norton Es2 with trial specification who belongs to a friend. Framenr:10446,enginenr:94020. He has restored the bike but I think the mudgurds is wrong? Looks like Ariel?I aminterrested of all information about the prewar trial Norton`s. How many Es2 trials was made in1939? This is the second 1939 Es2 trial I have get quetion about here in Norway!!!! The engine appears to date from 1939 but the frame doesn't appear to be a short wheelbase version The frame number could be from 1947 but if it is, itshould have a prefix (B3 for Model 18, B7 for Big Four or B2 for 16H) I have a 1945 Model 18T whch has a short wheelbase frame and can send you a photo if you E Mail me stevetodd@uwclub.net
