Thats a shame Kevin. Unfortunately, I have a lot of standard scraper rings (and no std. compression). I fear that some long-ago storeman got the boxes mixed.
If you find a scraper ring on its own (or indeed if anyone else wants to make up a complete set), let me know.

Kevin, I've got a couple of boxes of ex-WD +.020 compression rings (part number 3826). Would a pair of these get you out of touble ? Unfortunately, I don't have any oil scraper rings in this size.
