Hi all - can anyone explain the difference between a 375/36 and a 375/43 Amal carb please. They’re both listed for the Jubilee with all same size jets etc. /36 for the de-luxe and /43 for the Standard. I have a 36 (minus needle/slide & top) and a Standard (1965) Jubilee - I would expect the 36 to work perfectly ok on it (once bike rebuilt) as engine is basically the same as the de-luxe - or is it?

The difference could just be the fitment of a special bracket to the tickler to retain a lever needed to work through a sidepanel.
