Hi Iam after a bit of advice please.
The problem I have is when the bike is leant over the idle rises and falls, i have put this down to the slow running mixture going lean when over to the left and rich when leant to the right (because of float level changing). It also runs too rich when stood up right no matter if the needle jet is set on the low slot and slow running jet in.
When over to the left it goes lean and the idle rises if i push the tickler half way down the idle will come back to normal.
When over to the right the bike will stall. too rich
I have lowered the float level a touch with a piece of plastic and it runs much smoother at idle and have managed to get correct mixture for slow running and 1/4 throttle openings. But there is a flat spot at 3/4 and once full open it is slow to accelerate. needle jet is now up.
Is this normal for the bike to alter its slow running when leant from side to side?
