chainguard bolt fell off, seems to be a bad design,just a bolt and loose nut? is this std? the old 99 has captive nuts fixed to the back of the guard ,much easier to keep tight.

Hi Anna, Its a chrome one so no welding, will probably rivet a captive nut box on the back ,if there is enough room.

Hello Robert well you now need to clean off the paint work and weld a captive nut on your chain guard bracket and then re-paint, yours anna j
