On my workbench is a 68 Fastback imported from southern france by a friend.
I stripped it to the bare frame . It does not have the reinforcement tube under the main tube. Frame appears to be welded behind the headstock brackets and the downtubes are bent upwards at the main stand brackets.
Headstock is slightly off centerline to the right.
So has anyone welded in a new backbone in a Commando frame?
