Thread spec for petrol tank securing bolts on 54 ES2

Can anyone let me have the thread spec for the bolts that hold the tank on a 54 ES2 please. I want to buy the correct tap.

5/16 x 18 BSW special shouldered bolt. Accept no substitutes.

... the shoulder is essential to stop the bolts going through the tank bottom. You could however substitute with a 3/8" OD sleeve the correct length.
