Les at Russell Motors is always worth asking, but he doesn't do e-mail. Best to phone or Fax. He's probably the best source of NOS if any still exists.

Do a wide ranging search on EBay .....I've sourced some really rare parts this way, and you may get to negotiate the price.  If you have something compatible with the WD version of the 16H, then there are a couple of suppliers (ironically) in Germany that have NOS and recovered good condition used spares that I've used recently. Haven't had any problems with these guys.  I'll post their websites if you want.
