I'm having problems placing an order. Things seem to have changed since the last time I ordered...the links in the online catalogue section all seem to lead me to an "internal Server Error"
I've found the PDF downloadable spares list and assembled my order but don't know where to go from there
is there a live like or an email that I am missing ?
Any advice would be gratefully received

It seems to be working for us? It's possible there may have been an intermittent server problem - or, perhaps more likely that your browser cached an old login error. We'd suggest you refresh your browser cache and delete the browser history?

cleared my cache a second time and now she works a treat.
I should know better as I give the same instructions every day to my customers

I had trouble recently - even though I'd logged in to the NOC site I still couldn't order anything. I closed down my computer and restarted it and that solved the problem. Might as well try that!
