Triton documents dvla

Forums

Hello, i'm from spain, forgive my english, I'm trying to make myself a triton, does anyone have the documents of a triton that no longer exists that could be sold ? Or frame featherbed with documents of a triton.

You dont say what documents you need but assume you want a frame with its English registration document ? They come up from time to time but are expensive.

If on the other hand, you want a frame and a dating certificate from the club, that would be easier and cheaper.

hello, I have a featherbed chassis with its frame number, now I have requested the dating document from the club, but here in Spain it is difficult to approve a triton because it is a mixture of Norton and triumph, alone it would be easier with documentation from a legalized newt in England.

I have a friend who has a wideline rolling chassis and which is already registered as a Triton. The DVLA document is a very old version but it might possible to get the newer V5 document.

The frame is in Chelmsford Essex

If you have an interest I could whatsapp you some pictures I would need your phone number.

... to register it as a  Norton then do an engine change. This is the route I'm taking with my Greeves/Triumph project - registering it (scrambler not previously registered) with its current 2 stroke engine then swapping in the Triumph when I have the V5C and getting that updated accordingly.

There are some horror stories about people ending up with Q plates and needing special vehicle authorisation.
